MR.MENTION Instruction of Use
Guest
1. Please select exact dates, age and number of guests when you book.
2. After ‘Acceptance’, we will inform you of payment instruction via text message. If payment is not completed in 24 hours, it will be cancelled automatically.
3. Payment should be completed as soon as possible as it is based on first-come-first-serve basis.
4. Extra fee might be occurred as follows, so please check in advance.
- If you exceed the maximum number of guests, you should pay for additional person.
- If any of your acquaintance visit your accommodation to stay
- If you should pay deposit depends on the accommodation.
- If you need extra amenity such as pillow, extra bed, towel.
5. The guest is responsible for the loss or damage of the facility. However, before entering the room, take a photo of the damaged item and leave it as evidence.
6. MR.MENTIONservice charge is 8 to 11 %, depending on the type of accommodation and host reliability.
Payment and Refund Policy
1. If the host accept your booking after applying for the booking, you should pay in 24 hours.
2. After payment, your booking will be completed automatically.
If you cancel your booking with personal reason.
3. You can pay remained payment with the host directly.
4. If you want to cancel your booking, an amicable agreement between the guest and the host comes first.
5. If you are not able to reach an agreement, you should follow a refund policy of MR.MENTION.
Rental of Goods
1. MR.MENTION is responsible for renting the guest items (hereinafter referred to as " items ") and for the purposes of the lease agreement that the guest rents, as well as the mandatory relationship between MR.MENTION and the guest.
2. The items are all Mr. Mention`s belongings stored in your property, but if special restrictions are required, you must notify the guest in advance.
3. The period of item lease is the guest`s stay and check-out period.
4. The rent and deposit of the items are included in the guest`s MR.MENTION service charge.
5. In the event that the guest intentionally breaks or loses this item, the guest is responsible for damages.
6. In the event of damage to third parties with this item, the guest shall be responsible for damages.
7. Guest can not modify, transfer or provide the items to third parties without MR.MENTION’s permission.
Host
1. After checking the booking request from the guest, you should select ‘Accept’ or ‘Deny’ in 24 hours.
2. Before accept the booking, you should check about the price, period, number of guest in advance. If you alter booking statues, you may have a disadvantage using our website.
3. If the host want to cancel booking with any difficulty caused by you after check-in, you can provide full refund.
4. MR.MENTION will transfer the room fare on Friday. You can receive remained room fare or deposit from the guest directly when check-in or check-out.
5. MR.MENTION is a platform that helps you and guest can make a contract by an agreement. For this reason, after booking completed, if the host want to cancel or change his or her booking, you can discuss directly with the guest.
Business Consignment of Host
1. The host dedicates MR.MENTION the right to lease items from the host stored in the accommodation to the guest. The items are limited to land and do not include real estate or such items.
2. Rentable items should be all items stored in the accommodation, but if special restrictions are required, the host must notify MR.MENTION in advance. Under the composition, MR.MENTION has the freedom to set items.
3. The service period is the same as the service period of the host. If you would like to complete the consignment before the service period, you must make an agreement with MR.MENTION in advance.
4. The rent and deposit of the goods are included in the guest`s MR.MENTION’s service charge.
5. Host responsibilities are provided by MR.MENTIONto help you manage and promote reservations for your hosts, so you are not charged for anything other than service fees.
The host`s service fees and other cost settlement issues between the host and MR.MENTIONare not related to this. The host will assume legal responsibility for the sale of the lease or lodging business.
6. The host can not charge the guest for rent or deposit of an item, nor can it claim the guest`s return or claim any other rights relating to the item within the stay period.
MR.MENTION Refund Policy
Basic Refund Policy
① ‘Guest’ can change or cancel the booking by unexpected circumstances.
② Reservation changes and cancellations are made by 'Guest' indicating its intention and 'Host' confirming it.
③ If an agreement between 'Guest' and 'Host' is not reached, follow this policy.

1) When canceling a reservation before check-in

The service charge for MR.MENTION is non-refundable on request for refund due to reasons attributable to the guest.
You can refund the rest of the room fare except for the service charge.

If the check-in is on April 25th , you cancel your reservation on April 10th (15 days ago),

2) Cancellation after check-in

In case of a cancellation after check-in, it may cause monetary losses for the booking period. For this reason, settlement of the room fare and penalty should be occur.

2) Cancellation after check-in

As the peak season is a special period, please understand that you can not get a refund after check-in due to your change of mind.
Other Refund Policies
1) Refund due to reasons attributable to the host such as the case of an unavailable accommodation.
If the reason is attributable to the host (absence of registered item, different from the website), you can attach the photo and get a full refund after an agreement with the host.

2) Refund is available because of delay or cancellation of flight or ship due to a bad weather condition and the flight or ship.(Full refund is not allowed. )
Booking Abroad Refund Policy
※ Unlike domestic reservations, overseas reservation is subject to 'special refund policy', as overseas remittance fee is incurred.
Cases of non-refundable
1) Accommodation that can not be refunded in accordance with the accommodation policy.
2) A reservation for less than 100,000 won.
3) Reservation including peak season.
4) Reservation including special period.
5) Request for refund 14 nights before check-in.
6) Request for refund due to change of mind after check-in.
Cases of refundable
Reservations not covered by the above clauses can be refunded by period for the remainder of the fee, except for 'Service fees' and 'Remittance fees'

1) 숙소 이용 불가능한 경우 등 ‘호스트’의 귀책사유로 인한 환불
호스트의 귀책사유(등록된 물품이 없을 때, 전달받은 내용과 상이할 때)시 사진자료 첨부 및 호스트와 협의 후 전액 환불 가능합니다.
※ 미스터멘션을 이용해 환불을 원하실 경우 별도의 송금수수료가 발생합니다.
※ 호스트에게 직접 환불을 받으실 경우 별도의 송금수수료가 발생하지 않지만, 현지 통화로 받으실 수 있습니다.

2) 기상악화에 의한 환불
천재지변을 포함한 항공사 사정 등으로 인한 예약취소 및 입실지연발생은 현지숙소에 따라 정책이 다를 수 있습니다.
